(a) Generally. In addition to other enforcement measures allowed by this Code, the Director, for a period of time determined by the Director, may declare a person who violates any provision of this article to be ineligible to participate in County athletic programs or may ban the violator from County owned, leased, or operated facilities.
(b) Order of Department. A person shall follow a directive or order of an employee of the Department to comply with the provisions of this Code in a park.
(c) Civil offenses. It is a Class E civil offense to violate any provision of this article or § 9-1-706 in a park.
