§ 13-6-101. Definitions.
   In this title, "noxious weeds" means plant material that is generally known to be allergenic, irritating to the skin, or otherwise toxic, either topically or when ingested, and "rank vegetation" means any growth of weeds or grass to a height of 12 inches or higher.
