§ 13-5-905. Fees for County fire hydrant meters.
   Deposits for the use of County fire hydrant water meters shall be the certified replacement costs for each type of water meter, as determined annually by the Director. Before July 1 of each year, the Director shall certify water meter replacement costs to the Office of Finance and the County Council and, effective July 1 of each fiscal year, the certified amount shall be the deposit fee for the use of County fire hydrant water meters. The deposit fee shall be paid to the Department when a water meter is rented.
