§ 13-5-803. Definitions.
   In this subtitle, the following words have the meanings indicated.
      (1)   "Equivalent dwelling unit" means a unit of 250 gallons of water, except that for property in the Mayo Water Reclamation Subdistrict "equivalent dwelling unit" means a unit of 225 gallons of water.
      (2)   "Peak daily usage" means the estimated average rate of use of water on the maximum usage day.
