(a) County property. Recyclable materials at sanitary landfills or other facilities owned by the County are County property.
(b) Prohibition. Unless authorized by the County, a person may not remove or cause to be removed recyclable materials from sanitary landfills or other facilities owned by the County.
(c) Authority of law enforcement to search and seize. Law enforcement officials are authorized to search and seize recyclable materials that become County property under subsection (a) of this section.
