§ 13-3-206. Permit to excavate in recently paved right-of-way.

   The Director may not issue a permit to excavate in a right-of-way that was reconstructed, repaved, or resurfaced in the preceding two-year period unless the excavation facilitates the deployment of new technology or the Director finds other good cause for issuance.
