§ 13-2-302. Obedience to traffic regulations.
   A person may not violate a rule, regulation, order, or directive adopted by the Director. A person may not fail or refuse to comply with the instructions or direction on a post, sign, or other device erected by the authority of the Director for the regulation of traffic or parking on roads or on property owned or leased by the County or the Board of Education.
