(a) Generally. If doubt exists as to the proper location or width of a County road, the County may cause the road to be surveyed and a description and plat made of the road and recorded among the County's records. The description shall be made by reference to the original description of the road when the road was acquired by grant or condemnation. If the original description cannot be found, the description and plat shall be made of the road as existing.
(b) Rebuttable presumption of correctness. The County and the courts shall consider the description and plat as official and prima facie correct until the contrary is proven.
