§ 12-4-708. Petting zoo license.
   A person may not operate a petting zoo without a petting zoo license from the County. The application for a petting zoo license shall state the name and address of the applicant, the address of the proposed location of the petting zoo, the number and kinds of animals to be shown, the hours of operation, and the number of days that the petting zoo will be located at the address. The fee to be paid for a petting zoo license is $25. A petting zoo license shall be valid for the time stated in the application, but the time may not exceed one year.
