(a) Issuance of order. Whenever the operation of a mobile home park is so inimical to the public health, safety, and general welfare as to constitute a present public nuisance or immediate danger and thus give rise to an emergency, the Director may summarily order the immediate cessation of the violation and immediate corrective action. On failure to comply with the order, the license may be suspended or revoked without another notice or hearing.
(b) Subsequent notice and hearing. Unless waived in writing by the licensee, the Director shall conduct a special hearing with respect to the summary order within 10 days after acting summarily. Notice of the hearing shall be given to the affected person in the manner set forth in § 11-9-105(b).
