§ 11-9-102. Dealer's license required; term; revocation.
   (a)   Requirement. A person may not regularly engage in the sale of manufactured homes in the County without a license issued by the Department.
   (b)   Application. To apply for a license, an applicant shall file an application with the Department.
   (c)   License issuance; fee. The Director shall issue a license on payment of a license fee of $100 by the applicant and on determining that the applicant has complied with all applicable zoning laws and keeps adequate records of sales.
   (d)   Expiration; late fee. A license issued under this section expires on June 30 of each year. A license that has not been renewed prior to its expiration may be renewed on payment of the license fee and a late penalty of $25.
   (e)   Display. A license issued under this subtitle shall be conspicuously displayed in the office or place of business of the licensee.
