(a) Generally. Approval in writing shall be obtained from the Health Department and the Department of Public Works for each site at which a liquid waste hauler plans to discharge the waste material collected. Waste material collected by a liquid waste hauler may not be discharged into ditches, watercourses, lakes, ponds, tidewater, or at any point where it can pollute a water supply, bathing area, shellfish-growing area, or at a point not previously so approved.
(b) Prohibition. Waste material collected by a liquid waste hauler may not be dumped or otherwise deposited into the County wastewater system without written permission from the Department of Public Works.
