In this subtitle, the following words have the meanings indicated.
(1) "Journeyman gasfitter" means a person who hires out to work at the gasfitting business for or under the direction of a master gasfitter.
(2) "Master gasfitter" means a person who regularly engages in and works at the gasfitting business on the person's own account or as the licensed representative of a firm or corporation; employs and directs journeyman gasfitters and apprentice gasfitters; and has or represents a firm or corporation which has an established place of business within the State.
(3) "Restricted gasfitter" means a person who regularly engages in and works in the gasfitting business utilizing liquid petroleum gases only on the person's own account or as the licensed representative of a firm or corporation and has or represents a firm or corporation which has an established place of business within the State.
(4) "Restricted journeyman gasfitter" means a person who hires out to work at the gasfitting business pertaining to liquid petroleum gases only under the direction of a restricted gasfitter.
