Nothing in this subtitle shall be construed to prevent an employee, including an apprentice, journeyman, or helper, from performing any of the kinds of work enumerated in this subtitle provided that the work is performed under the supervision of a fully licensed master or restricted electrician, whichever is applicable. The work performed is the responsibility of the licensee.
