§ 11-3-101. Auctioneers.
   (a)   Definition. In this title "auctioneer" means a person who receives compensation for conducting an auction sale.
   (b)   License required. An auctioneer may not conduct an auction sale in the County without an auctioneer's license.
   (c)   Display. An auctioneer shall display the license during any auction sale conducted in the County. The auctioneer also shall display the license number in a prominent place in all advertisements.
   (d)   Fees. The fee for an auctioneer's license is $250. The licensee shall pay a late fee of $50 for a failure to renew the license prior to its expiration.
   (e)   Expiration. Each auctioneer's license expires on June 1 of each year.
