§ 11-2-227. Reportable events.
   A license holder shall report immediately to the Director the arrest, indictment, or conviction of an owner or managerial employee for an act involving moral turpitude, including any violation of federal, state, or local law or regulation; the initiation of any legal claim, lawsuit, criminal investigation, or administrative proceeding arising out of or involving the operation of a gaming enterprise by a license holder or an owner or managerial employee of a license holder; and the appointment of a receiver or the initiation of proceedings in bankruptcy against a license holder or an owner of a license holder.
