In addition to the other powers specified by this subtitle, the Director shall have the power to conduct investigations and monitor the conduct of commercial bingo games and the manufacture and distribution of bingo equipment and supplies. The Director also may permit variations of the game configuration, after referral to and recommendation from the Amusement License Commission.
