§ 10-10-105. Complaint file and reports.
   (a)   Maintenance of file. A franchisee shall keep an accurate and comprehensive file of all complaints regarding the cable system and the franchisee's actions in response to those complaints. These files and reports shall be available to the County and for public inspection during normal business hours.
   (b)   Summary of service interruptions. A franchisee shall maintain a log and summary of all cable service interruptions during the term of the franchise. The log and summary shall be available to the County and for public inspection during normal business hours.
