(a) Discrimination prohibited. A franchisee may not deny service or access or otherwise discriminate against subscribers, PEG access facility users, or any individual on the basis of income, race, color, religion, national origin, age, sexual orientation, or sex.
(b) Compliance with equal employment opportunity. A franchisee shall adhere to the equal employment opportunity requirements of federal and State laws and regulations.
(c) Privacy. A franchisee's policy with regard to personally identifiable information shall be consistent with the applicable provisions of federal, State, and local laws and regulations.
