§ 10-8-106. Overall quality of customer service.
   (a)   County evaluation. At any time, the Information Technology Officer may evaluate the overall quality of customer service provided by a franchisee to subscribers.
   (b)   Inadequate customer service. If the Information Technology Officer determines that customer service quality fails to meet applicable standards, the Officer may order a franchisee to cure the inadequacies within a reasonable period of time.
