(a) Generally. The County may review the activities of a PEG access facility management entity to determine if it is performing its purposes in a manner satisfactory to the County.
(b) Unsatisfactory performance. If a PEG access facility management entity is not performing satisfactorily, the County may reallocate all or a portion of the channel capacity, operations appropriation, and capital appropriation, including any facilities and equipment purchased previously with an appropriation, to another PEG access facility management entity.
