§ 10-2-103. Franchise nonexclusive.

A franchise is nonexclusive, and the County may grant additional franchises for a cable system pursuant to § 10-2-102, and an additional grant may not operate to materially modify, revoke, or terminate rights previously granted to a franchisee.
