Not later than September 30 of each year, the County Executive shall furnish to the County Auditor a list of the property disposed of by the County in the preceding fiscal year. For each property disposed of, the list shall contain a description of the property, a statement of its acquisition cost, the date of acquisition, its appraised value, and the consideration received for the disposition.
