(a) Written notice. A lobbyist may terminate registration by ceasing all lobbying and providing written notice to the Ethics Commission. The notice shall provide the date on which the termination is to become effective.
(b) Final activity report. A final lobbyist activity report shall be filed within 10 days after termination covering the entire period since the last lobbyist activity report was filed.
