§ 7-5-103. Employment restriction – Entities contracting with the County.

   An employee may not be employed by, be an agent of, or be an independent contractor of an entity that is a party to a contract that binds or purports to bind the County if:

      (1)   the duties of the employee include matters substantially relating to or affecting the subject matter of the contract; and

      (2)   the contract binds or purports to bind the County to pay more than $1,000.
