§ 7-2-106. Oaths and subpoenas.

   The Ethics Commission and Executive Director each may:

      (1)   administer oaths, as provided in § 1-2-102 of this Code; and

      (2)   issue subpoenas for the attendance of witnesses to testify or to produce other evidence, as provided in § 1-2-101 of this Code.
