(a) Executive Director and Secretary.
(1) The Ethics Commission shall appoint an Executive Director and a Secretary to serve at its pleasure.
(2) The Executive Director shall be an attorney admitted to practice law in the State of Maryland.
(b) Other staff. The Ethics Commission may have other staff in accordance with the County budget.
