§ 6-6-203. Determination of normal retirement date.

(a) Normal retirement date. The participant's normal retirement date shall be the first day of the month coinciding with or next following the month of the participant's attainment of normal retirement age.

(b) Early retirement date. There is no early retirement date under the plan.
