(a) Represented classified employees. Grievances brought by represented classified employees shall be processed in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement and § 6-4-113.
(b) Non-represented classified employees. Grievances for non-represented classified employees shall be processed in accordance with the Office of Personnel policies and procedures and § 6-4-113.
(c) Processing of grievances. Grievances submitted to the Personnel Board shall be processed in accordance with the Personnel Board's rules of procedure.
