Employees who are in the classification of Roads Maintenance Supervisor and who are not represented by a certified employee organization may be paid stand-by pay at the rate of $20 per shift up to 8 hours of stand-by time and $2.50 per hour or $1.25 per half-hour of stand-by time thereafter.
