(a) Generally. Subject to available appropriations, bonus pay may be paid to one or more groups of employees in the classified service as provided in this section.
(b) Memorandum of agreement applicability. Bonus pay shall be paid to employees who are represented by a certified employee organization in accordance with an applicable memorandum of agreement between the County and an exclusive representative negotiated and signed under Title 4.
(c) Non-represented employees. Bonus pay may be paid to employees who are not represented by a certified employee organization, as determined by the County Executive.
