§ 6-1-213. Call-in pay.
   (a)   Applicability. Subsections (a) and (b) apply only to a non-represented employee who is in a position classified at or below grade 15 and whose work week is not designated hours as required.
   (b)   Eligibility. An employee who is required to work on an emergency assignment on a day other than the employee's regular work day is entitled to compensation, at the equivalent hourly rate, for at least four hours of work.
   (c)   Memorandum of agreement applicability. Represented employees shall receive call-in pay as provided by the applicable memoranda of agreement, negotiated and executed in accordance with Title 4, between the County and an exclusive representative.
