It is the policy of the County, for the maintenance of business and good government, to assure persons an equal opportunity in receiving employment with the County and in receiving promotions and other personnel action within the County's merit system, that there will be no discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, disability, ancestry, or national origin.
