§ 5-2-408. Agreement relieving fiduciary from liability.
   Except as provided in § 5-2-403(b) and (c), a provision in an agreement that purports to relieve a fiduciary from a responsibility, obligation, or duty, or liability for a responsibility, obligation, or duty under this subtitle is against public policy and is void. This section does not preclude indemnification of or insurance for a fiduciary in accordance with § 5-2-406 or § 5-2-407.
