As the Board considers it necessary to manage and operate the System properly, the Board may require any officer or agency of the County to furnish the Board with a certified copy of any record or paper in the official custody of the officer or agency and require any officer or employee of the County to appear before the Board to provide information relevant to the management and operation of the System.
