§ 5-2-111. Execution of documents.
   A document that must be executed by or for the Board shall be signed by the Personnel Officer or, in the absence or disability of the Personnel Officer, by another employee of the Personnel Office whom the Personnel Officer, with the approval of the Chair of the Board, designates in writing. If a countersignature is required, the Personnel Officer, with the approval of the Chair of the Board, shall designate those employees of the Personnel Office who may sign.
