§ 5-2-106. Board of Trustees – Officers.
   The County Executive shall appoint a Chair annually from the membership of the Board. Neither the Personnel Officer nor the Controller may serve as Chair of the Board. The Personnel Officer shall serve as Secretary of the Board.
