In this title, the following words have the meanings indicated.
(1) "Assets of the System" means the assets of the Anne Arundel County Retirement and Pension System and the term includes the assets of each of the pension funds.
(2) "Fiduciary" means a member of the Board and an employee of the County who exercises any discretionary authority or control over the management or administration of the plans or the management or disposition of the assets of the System.
(3) "System" means the Anne Arundel County Retirement and Pension System.
