§ 5-1-204. Reinstatement.
   (a)   Definition. In this section, "reinstated employee" means an employee who has employment terminated by the employer; successfully appeals to have employment reinstated; and withdraws accumulated contributions between the dates of termination and reinstatement.
   (b)   Repayment of withdrawn contributions. Within 90 days of reinstatement, a reinstated employee may repay withdrawn accumulated contributions and, if credited service is granted for the period of absence, make payment of employee contributions for that period.
   (c)   Interest. Interest may not be charged for the period of time between the withdrawal of funds and payment or repayment.
   (d)   Loss of prior credited service. Except as otherwise provided in a plan, if a participant does not make payment or repayment within 90 days, the participant shall lose all credit for prior credited service.
