(a) Assessment. As authorized by § 10-406 of the Public Utilities Article of the State Code, there is a transportation network service assessment of $0.25 for each trip originating in the County, except for those trips originating in the City of Annapolis.
(b) Collection, remittance, accounting, use, and enforcement. The collection, remittance, accounting, use, and enforcement of the assessment shall be in accordance with § 10-406(g) and (h) of the Public Utilities Article of the State Code.
