In this title, the following words have the meanings indicated.
(1) "Airport" means Tipton Airport that is located within the boundaries of Fort George G. Meade, and the term includes aviation easements or other property or property rights held by the Authority.
(2) "Authority" means the Anne Arundel County Tipton Airport Authority.
(3) "Bonds" includes revenue bonds, refunding bonds, certificates or other evidences of indebtedness or obligations.
(4) "Compensation" includes a monetary payment in the form of a fixed salary or bonus, and insurance and pension benefits.
(5) "Fixed base operator" means a person or entity retained by the Authority to perform designated functions at the airport on behalf of the Authority.
(6) "Project" means a structure, facility, equipment, or undertaking, including real property, interests in real property, and related or ancillary property or facilities, for acquiring, constructing, improving, equipping, furnishing, maintaining, and operating the airport.
