(a) Generally. All persons whose liability is secured under this title shall:
(1) cooperate with the Self-Insurance Fund Committee and the County Attorney;
(2) abide by the policies, rules and regulations established by the Self-Insurance Fund Committee;
(3) assist in the conduct of suits and enforcement of any right of contribution or indemnity against any other person who may be liable to that person; and
(4) attend hearings, depositions, and trials and assist in securing and giving evidence as required by the County Attorney.
(b) Failure to cooperate. On failure to cooperate with the Self-Insurance Fund Committee or the County Attorney, a person may be denied coverage at the discretion of the Committee or the County Attorney.
