§ 3-11-104. Reserves for health insurance program.
   (a)   Authority to hold monetary reserves. The County may hold monetary reserves in the Self- Insurance Fund for claims incurred but not paid by the Employees Group Health Plan and for deposit premium savings related to the Employees Group Health Plan.
   (b)   Transfer of reserves. Monetary reserves established under this section may be transferred for expenditure as necessary to meet the funding requirements of the Employees Group Health Plan only by ordinance.
   (c)   Use of reserves restricted. The County may not pay claims or make other payments related to the Employees Group Health Plan directly from the Self-Insurance Fund or use monetary reserves established under this section for any other purpose in the Self-Insurance Fund.
