§ 3-8-219. Constituted Authority.

It is the intent of the County Council that the Authority is a Constituted Authority within the meaning of the Internal Revenue Code, as amended, and the relevant regulations, rulings, and procedures. The powers of the Authority shall be construed to give effect to this intent.
