(a) Compensation. Each member of the Authority is entitled to an annual salary in an amount not to exceed $5,000, as determined by the members of the Authority, and reimbursement for reasonable and necessary expenses.
(b) Reimbursement of expenses. Salary and reimbursement of the members shall be made solely from funds received by the Authority under the provisions of this title.
