§ 3-8-206. Quorum; meetings.
   (a)   Quorum. Five members of the Authority is a quorum for the transaction of any business, the exercise of any power, or the performance of any duty authorized or imposed by law.
   (b)   Taking action. The affirmative vote of five members of the Authority present and voting is sufficient for the taking of any action.
