(a) Generally. Of the voting members, four shall be appointed for initial terms of three years, four shall be appointed for initial terms of two years, and three shall be appointed for initial terms of one year. After the expiration of the initial terms, all terms shall be for three-year terms. Ex officio members shall serve at the pleasure of the County Executive.
(b) Expiration. A member whose term has expired holds over until a successor is appointed.
(c) Reappointment. Members are eligible for reappointment.
(d) Vacancies. The County Executive shall fill a vacancy for the remainder of an unexpired term of a member in the same manner as the original appointment.
