§ 3-6-110. Executive Director.
   (a)   Selection. The Chief Administrative Officer shall select, employ, and supervise an Executive Director. Before selecting the Executive Director, the Chief Administrative Officer shall consult with the Partnership or, if constituted, the Executive Committee of the Partnership.
   (b)   Duties. The Executive Director is an employee of the County who shall:
      (1)   be responsible for the daily operations of the Partnership;
      (2)   implement the Partnership's policies; and
      (3)   employ and supervise staff as provided in the annual County budget.
