(a) Generally. A member appointed by the County Executive serves only until the County Executive's term ends.
(b) Expiration. A member whose term has expired and who was appointed by the County Executive holds over until a successor is appointed.
(c) Vacancies. The County Executive shall fill a vacancy for the remainder of the unexpired term of a Partnership member who was appointed by the County Executive.
