(a) Generally. The Partnership consists of at least 11 members.
(b) Appointed members. The following members are appointed by the County Executive:
(1) the Special Assistant for Minority Affairs;
(2) one County official;
(3) four to six citizen members, including two parents of children served by Child Service Agencies, and at least one member of the County business community.
(c) Ex officio members. The following serve as ex officio members:
(1) the Director of Social Services, or the Director's designee;
(2) the Health Officer, or the Health Officer's designee;
(3) the Superintendent of the Board of Education, or the Superintendent's designee;
(4) one representative of the local office of the State Department of Juvenile Services, designated by the Secretary of the Department; and
(5) the President of the Board of the CORE Service Agency, or the President's designee.
